Refunds for Eligible Services: Refunds are available only within 7 days of service activation. They are applicable solely to Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Offshore Hosting services with 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month durations. Refunds are not available for annual plans, Domains, or any Reseller Hosting plans. Additionally, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted as gateway charges, and this fee is non-refundable.
Non-refundable Products and Services: No refunds will be provided for any fees (including administrative fees and/or tax) associated with dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services, or additional products or services such as CodeGuard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock installation fees for custom software, or any other products or services offered by the Company.
Refund Eligibility for Offshore Services: If you are using our offshore services, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days, provided you are not engaged in any illegal activities such as phishing, creating government portal clones, or hosting illegal websites. If such activities are detected and your service is suspended, no refund will be issued.
Refund Eligibility for Reseller Hosting Plans: Refunds are not available for any Reseller Hosting plans. Reseller hosting is a small partnership designed for business purposes. If you encounter any issues with reseller services, our team will make every effort to resolve the problem. Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved. Please be aware that no further debate on this matter will be entertained after purchasing services.
Refund Eligibility for Website Development Services: YottaServer™ offers website development services that may involve the integration of third-party modules, plugins, and themes. We ensure proper integration as per industry standards, but are not responsible for the functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party components. If a third-party module, plugin, or theme fails to function as expected, YottaServer™ will assist in identifying and rectifying the issue. However, if the problem is due to the inherent nature of the third-party component and beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.
Cancellation Process: Services provided by YottaServer.com may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of applicable laws or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights used without authorization, obscene or defamatory material, illegal threats, or material that violates export control laws.
Data Retention for Website Development Services: If you have a website developed by YottaServer™, your website data will be retained as long as your services are renewed. If hosting services are not renewed, your data will be kept safe for one month. After one month, if services are not renewed, YottaServer™ will not be responsible for any data loss, and no refund will be issued. Please note that website development services are separate from hosting services, and hosting services must be renewed to keep your services active.
